14.900 isk per person
all year, daily
One of our experienced guides will meet you at the parking area just in front of Sólheimajökull glacier and will give you the necessary equipment to prepare you for this fun walk on the ice.
The Sólheimajökull glacier extends from the great Mýrdalsjökull glacier to the sandy plains of the South Coast, it has spectacular surroundings and the ice formations are spectacular. Here the ice is not totally white, but also blue and black because of the volcano ashes trapped inside. It is a wonderful and unforgettable experience to walk on this glacier, exploring its cracks and canvasses while learning about its history, past, and future.
This is the perfect tour to add to our Premium South Shore private tour.
